Six Days of Shawwal- Hadith of the Week

عن أبي أيوب الأنصاري رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال
«مَنْ صَامَ رَمَضَانَ ثُمَّ «أتتبعه سِتًّا مِنْ شَوَّالٍ كَانَ كَصِيَامِ الدَّهْ»
It was narrated on the authority of Abu Ayyub al-Ansari that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
Whoever fasts the month of Ramadan, then follows it up with six days of fasting in the month of Shawwal, it will be like fasting the entire year.”
