Divine Knowledge is that which brings us closer to Allah.
Mawlana Amir al-Shabi (d. 2 A.H) described knowledge as what brings you closer to Jannah (paradise) and what takes you farther away from Jahannam (hell) so this is the knowledge that counts.
Seek knowledge that has the purpose of ennobling the human being.
As we acquire knowledge concerning technical fields, we must also devote our hearts and minds to attaining knowledge that ennobles us.
Only through Divine Knowledge can we know how to be Muslims.
